A pretty neighborhood canteen on the other side of the Tarn, often full and always returning for its charming market plates, full of ideas and modernity. Menus change weekly, with a good lunchtime menu at €32. The evening tasting menu at €55 is a little pricey. Sunday lunchtime brunch at €35.
