Gourmet Restaurant Tucked away on the second floor under the arcades of this large square, Alain Fornara's cuisine is fairly traditional, but tasty and generous. A €36 chef's menu and a menu that attracts the curious: pan-seared red mullet fillets are accompanied by mesclun and an unexpected basil ice cream, before a wild sea bass pavé with pan-seared risotto. For dessert, a copious and gourmet red fruit feuillantine, for a whole well worth 1 toque. Wines are reasonably priced and service is relaxed.
