Original Restaurant The location is certainly ideal, in the middle of the Grand Rue, but the success of the Marchand brothers, in addition to their talents as cheesemongers, lies in their ability to create a real buzz around cheese, through the convivial layout of the place, and the plethora of proposals, which vary the pleasures, from aperitifs to full meals: plates, flammekueche, tartiflette, salads, ravioles, mussel casseroles, fondue pots, and a range of specialties from Lorraine and Alsace, such as jambonneau au gratin, andouillette au Gros Lorrain, and trout from the Vosges... Dynamic service and good advice, choice of wines and beers.
