After the climb to the top of Montmartre, cocorico here we are, in Antoine Westermann's modern poultry house, where we celebrate poultry, cockerel, chicken, guinea fowl, quail, in terrine, roasted, braised, in sauce.... Poultry terrine, orange chimichurri, coriander and parsley, offal empanadas, lemon confit, fresh herbs, crispy fritters, before braised quail, poultry jus reduced with chervil and accompanied by schniederspaetles with onion confit, in a very expensive sequence that seemed to us (bout de fatigue, temporary slump...?) less convincing this year, despite the good caramelized brioche with orange marmalade, chantilly and toasted almonds. Small wine list, with well-chosen Alsace wines.
