The chance to eat brasserie-style and properly on the Place du Tertre, and without even the ulterior motive of a Montmartre tourist. A rarity, then, with the pleasure enhanced by urban service, a sommelier with good advice and a lively wine list. These will accompany mayo egg with grape must, calf's head cromesquis, confit pork belly, beans with vegetables and herbs. The desserts (rice pudding, caramel and caramelized peanuts) are also of the highest standard.
