André Le Letty is always on the ball, and the cuisine he offers in his bistro demonstrates a savoir-faire that's reflected in his €45 à la carte menu, which includes a number of dishes at extra cost. The seasonal vegetables are white asparagus, herb ricotta and shavings of grison meat; then, if you've had the good sense to book him, you can enjoy his signature dish "le canard au sang en deux services" (duck in blood in two courses), an emblematic dish of the Tour d'Argent where he used to officiate, before fresh strawberries, pistachio sabayon au gratin. To accompany this cuisine, two wine lists, one classic and the other called "vins de derrière les fagots", featuring some rarities. Friendly welcome and service.
