A lovely Montmartre restaurant where Julien Duran expresses his passion and talent through a fine cuisine based on products and know-how acquired in particular with Pierre Gagnaire. The lunch menu performs well, and the menu is attractive and ambitious, though perhaps lacking in simple dishes to lighten the bill. The result is convincing, with the duck terrine with green pepper as a preamble, the sea bream carpaccio, the grilled monkfish with artichoke barigoule, fevettes and shellfish jus, and the pistachio raspberry vanilla ice cream. Cellar with good values and a few curiosities (Gauby, Sauta Roc, Père Benoît...).
