Gault&Millau's review 2026

A proud contemporary building, the brasserie on the first floor, the gastro upstairs for the works of chef Mathieu Boutroy. Based on the advertised "culinary experience" model, three menus, including the small one at just €59 for lunch, the balance being struck on the six-course menu at €119 offering noble products and the chef's savoir-faire: langoustine and tomato, zucchini stracciatella kimchi, monkfish and fennel in tandoori, pigeon turnip cassis. The exercise is well interpreted and well served by a zealous team, right through to the lavender peach dessert. The wine cellar is well varied, with a dozen glasses to choose from and suggested pairings. Guillaume Barengo is the new chef in charge of the kitchen. More on him soon.
