A good, serious and regular spot on the rue de Gand. No need for unnecessary folklore, no need to pull you up by your sleeves with Flemish grandmother's recipes, here it's regional today, local ingredients worked in a contemporary spirit: cherry tomatoes siphon mozza basil ice cream, peach of the day with basil pomegranate tomato sauce, veal filet with chimichurri sauce, but also a good welsh with beef fat fries.
