A few welcome efforts in creation and execution bring a solid toque to this now well-established table. Under the catchy slogan "gastro at bistro prices", it's worth trying this menu-card at €39 for the complete sequence, which covers the entire production, without any extras: haddock carpaccio of beet and horseradish cream, tuna loin tartare with matchstick potatoes, skewered onglet with chimichurri sauce, strawberry soup with basil and mascarpone ice cream, in a well-mannered interior.
