Gourmet Restaurant Nestled on the corner of one of the most beautiful streets in Vieux-Lille, this handsome, beamed building takes its name from its specialty: the in-house smoking of local meats and trout. This beechwood smoked meat adds an original touch to traditional dishes such as welsh with ham, duck aiguillettes with Espelette pepper, Antwerp fillet tartar with a knife, or trout gravelax. Even fish and chips are cold-smoked before preparation. Good home-made desserts include ile flottante and crème caramel with salted butter and fleur de sel... smoked, of course. Controlled prices with good beers and some interesting wines.
