Gourmet Restaurant Formerly an 18th-century winery, the estate is now a luxury table and gîte, with a bucolic, rural setting and a market-focused menu that has made a name for itself. In a chic, rural setting, the local dishes fit in perfectly, offering a contemporary, efficient taste that's in keeping with the place. On the menu: heirloom tomato and watermelon salad with Cassagnes goat's cheese, pan-seared sea bass fillet, miso eggplant, seasonal vegetables and potatoes, or slow-cooked pork belly with celeriac purée, caramelized apples and pork jus... Logical prices. Local cellar.
