Gault&Millau's review 2025

Nestling in the heart of a 70-hectare vineyard and truffle-growing estate, this former 15th-century farmhouse once served the needs of the Château de Saint-Géry on the adjoining hillside. Abandoned for several decades, it was brought back to life in 1984 by the Duler family, who have painstakingly restored it year after year. The place is now home to chef Patrick Duler, who delights guests with his top-flight gastronomic and ecological cuisine. It also boasts 5 rooms and suites, which are a delight for guests looking to extend their stay. Vast, luminous spaces, stone walls and period furniture make this a refined, warm refuge, some with small Quercy-style terraces opening onto the park and beautiful swimming pool. A luxurious and gourmet address, a member of Les Collectionneurs, ideal for discovering the famous Quercy Blanc and its treasures: Cahors, Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc or the Compostelle trail.
