Chef's Restaurant Patrick Duler is a local legend, having worked here for over thirty years, first as a craftsman before becoming a "country cook". It's an initiatory journey from product to plate, marked by excellence at all times, from working the land and raising livestock to the ovens, where the chef applies his experience with the great names (Robuchon, Senderens, Ducasse). Patrick Duler's ham, truffles and foie gras, and the vegetables in the soup, are all brought together in a superb version of terroir cuisine, which is also enjoyed in a unique setting, a superb family-run country estate, with its pond, gardens and local architecture. The house also offers rooms and a spring-fed swimming pool.
