Remarkable Restaurant Three to five courses a week, depending on the season, the Château de Mercuès gastro operates on a reduced scale, while still offering, on those evenings, a lordly setting, comfort and service worthy of the Relais & Châteaux with which it is affiliated. A single large menu at €200 (Grand Opuscule), which can be reduced a little (Petit Opuscule at €160) to take advantage of this exceptional setting with the riches of the Quercy region at your fingertips. And, of course, the château's legendary cellar, where all the old Vigouroux Cahors vintages are stored.
