Amin and Xavina, professional restaurateurs, generously welcome you to a convivial dining room decorated in wood and decorated with nautical objects, such as these fish oars by a local artist. The warm decor, the terrace in fine weather, is the ideal place to discover the work of Amin, a passionate and experienced chef. Son of a butcher, cheesemaker, restaurateur and fervent locavore, he offers a creative and refined cuisine based exclusively on local and seasonal produce: dishes on the slate are prepared according to the day's arrivals (local eco-responsible fishing, neighboring breeders and market gardeners). Generous plates, delicate presentation and Xavina's warm welcome in the dining room reflect their sincere pleasure in entertaining. To sublimate the dishes, Xavina distills invaluable advice for food and wine pairings, with fine references and pearls from small winemakers.
