Anchored on the port of Sauzon, this hotel, built in the 1880s, is one of Belle-Île-en-Mer's institutions. Bought in 2017 by the Lorenzetti family, it has been extensively redesigned. The former rooms have been transformed into 8 small, charming apartments and studios with fully equipped kitchens, designer pieces and antique furniture, all opening onto the comings and goings of the boats. Redesigned by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the restaurant now attracts lovers of 100% local, eco-responsible cuisine, under the guidance of chef Laurent Clément, a native of Bellilois.
