Gault&Millau's review 2026

We can't get enough of this strange house, which looks like a vacation home, a seaside resort hotel and one of the best restaurants in the area. Stéphane and Laëtitia are as hospitable as they are experienced, knowing how to make you feel at home while delivering a true gastronomic experience. Stéphane Cosnier celebrates his region with force and personality, notably in his €78 menu where white asparagus goes well with trout from Brittany à la flamme, vinaigrette with preserved egg and herbs, blanc manger végétal, where retour de pêche goes very well with green asparagus and a civet sauce with periwinkles and mustard seeds. Fabrice Lemeur's roasted quail, duck foie gras, peas and mead jus are also featured. We finish with Nicolas Berger's Baracoa de Cuba chocolate soufflé tart, peanuts, mandarin imperial sauce and vanilla ice cream. Very good cellar selection.
