Gourmet Restaurant It's clearly the trendiest bistro on the peninsula, attracting local connoisseurs as well as a growing number of visitors. The large slate is resourceful, and the plates are full of freshness, a little in the assemblage, based on seasonal produce respected by Vincent, the well-inspired chef: cauliflower crumble and crab with tahini sauce, hake with smoked leek cabbage cream, lemon pineapple cake. If it weren't for the hustle and bustle and the need to get the plates out quickly, you'd think we wouldn't be far from two toques. Thanks also to Emmanuelle in the dining room, who deploys energy and good vibes at a steady pace, giving the right advice and suggestions on an eclectic wine list (natural but not exclusively) that she has completely mastered.
