In the heart of the wild coast and facing the ocean, this refuge is an ode to disconnection and rejuvenation. You'll love the warm, intimate atmosphere of the family home, and the 6 elegantly furnished rooms that have no TV, telephone, bar or wi-fi. And, of course, Hervé Bourdon's delicate cuisine. Meat-free recipes featuring vegetables, herbs and flowers from the estate's 4 kitchen gardens, fish and shellfish straight from the Quiberon fish market, and natural oysters from the nearby village of Listrac. A warm, sincere place, ideally located on the harbor of the small town of Saint-Pierre-de-Quiberon.
