You'll love the warm, intimate atmosphere of the family home, and the 6 elegantly furnished rooms that have no TV, telephone, bar or wi-fi. And, of course, Hervé Bourdon's delicate cuisine. Meat-free recipes featuring vegetables, herbs and flowers from the estate's 4 kitchen gardens, fish and shellfish straight from the Quiberon fish market, and natural oysters from the nearby village of Listrac. A warm, sincere place, ideally located on the harbor of the small town of Saint-Pierre-de-Quiberon.
