Original Restaurant A real old-fashioned bouchon, by Hugo Mestrallet. A tradition well restored, with the pleasure of referenced decoration and authentic dishes. The essentials are there, with enough technique to earn a place in the memory: a salade lyonnaise, an œuf meurette, a foie de veau en persillade deglazed with raspberry vinegar, ravioles du Dauphiné with mushrooms, a tarte aux pralines. Smiling service.
