Gourmet Restaurant Thibaud Renard, who has worked in some of Paris's top establishments, returned to Blois in 2019, where he has been bringing his seasonal dishes to life. These are well-presented versions of regional recipes that we like to see every year, such as langoustine tail ravioli with orange emulsion and red satay, roast cod and Paimpol cocos cooked with peasant bacon, roasted confit Roi rose pig breast with sweet-spiced pumpkin, or a 64% chocolate mi-cuit with banana flambé and banana sorbet.
