Gourmet Restaurant A mainstay of the Quai Villebois-Mareuil, Thibaud Renard is committed to preserving local traditions, through local dishes, both in recipe and produce. The tone is wiser, the gesture is assured, in the continuation of an equally classic place, with a comforting family atmosphere. On the menu, familiar recommendations include scallop ravioli with forest mushroom broth and fresh herb salad, walnut-crusted swordfish steak with simmered Paimpol coconut, saddle of rabbit with forgotten vegetables cooked with chorizo, and a 64% dark chocolate mi-cuit with pecan nougatine. Lunch menu €32.50.
