Remarkable Restaurant Jérémie Izarn has chosen gastronomy and the mountains. You'll have to leave Grenoble and venture into the Belledone massif to taste the creations of this inventive chef. The detour is well worth it, as the restaurant in the middle of nature offers an exceptional view of the Chartreuse and elegant, creative dishes. Whether you're on the terrace or in the dining room, natural and plant-based ingredients are the order of the day. A generous selection of sweet potato purée, lemon kalamansi condiment and sesame seeds, an inspired choice of plates and containers, and a creative seasonal cuisine. There's the perfect egg in a seasonal variation with light potato soup and smooth broccoli, a crunchy mouillette for dipping, and passion fruit with broccoli for added character. Lemon lovers will be rewarded at dessert time with "une perle cette tarte au citron" (a pearl of lemon tart), which features a cloud of lemon, fleur de sel shortbread cookies and meringues with lime zest in a beautiful declension of fine puffed sugar. The wine cellar is varied (and if you like the wines by the glass, they're on sale at reception), and the service is smooth and friendly.
