Chef's Restaurant The two toques acquired last year have boosted this discreet address, which seems a little more chic and distinguished every year, without losing its values of sincere service at the right price, in a family atmosphere. The full-course menu at €44 (upgradeable to €55 and €62 with an additional main course and/or cheese) covers the essentials, with salmon gravlax with crab and herb mayonnaise remoulade, guinea fowl supreme with mushroom, pumpkin and chestnut tartelette, cep sabayon and foie gras jus, the predilection for loading the plate to please the guests being a house constant. Good seasonal desserts (Sacher chocolate pear and chestnut, porcini mushroom with chanterelle ice cream...), in a pretty room with brick walls and an intimate mezzanine.
