Gault&Millau's review 2025

In a small village to the south of Chambéry, you'll find this attractive contemporary eatery set under old vaults of infectious historic charm, where a harmonious contrast reigns between the architecture and the furnishings. The clean lines of the decor reflect the creative spirit of Maude and Sébastien, who bring to life contemporary recipes such as cockle and kale risotto, snacked octopus with red bell pepper and Paimpol cocos, and a precious blueberry and sesame tartlet. Very nice cellar.
