Chef's Restaurant It's the local bargain, a chef's brasserie efficiently run by Stéphane Froidevaux and his team. The four-toque chef is no stranger to simple pleasures, as he loves nothing more than a walk in the heart of nature, in the Chartreuse or Trièves regions. So, in the pleasant setting of a large private home, common sense goes hand in hand with a seasonal menu that appeals to all: boards to share, mimosa egg with curry, prawn ravioli, truffle croque, Angus T-bone, duo of scallops and langoustines in marjoram sauce, all hold up well to the two toques, thanks to a well-monitored production process and a large, motivated service. Good chocolate pistachio and chartreuse tart, well-stocked cellar, forged with knowledge, with a good selection by the glass.
