Chef's Restaurant Stéphane Froidevaux offers his creative, plant-based cuisine in a brasserie formula. Evenings are reserved for gourmet menus, but every lunchtime you can take advantage of the superb townhouse, its garden and its professional team. On the menu, you'll find the same commitment to local, seasonal produce: potée iséroise, murçon, saint-marcellin and Grenoble walnuts or velouté de potimarron, émulsion au thé noir fumé. The plates are colorful, and the cooking is always perfect. Classics are revisited by adding the flavor that makes the difference (in this case, the black tea emulsion) or by transposing potée ingredients with local produce. Excellent service and a cellar that favors local produce.
