Gourmet Restaurant On the edge of the département, not far from Brive-la-Gaillarde, this address brings the spirit of these old bistros up to date, with a decor all about references: Martini sign, old black and white photos, small bistro tables without tablecloths. The place is freshly refurbished, but the chef's modern approach is clear: traditional foie gras and more contemporary rosemary-roasted melon, dietetic marinated and snacked half-cooked salmon, pesto and eggplant, duck breast Rossini (all the same), but here with celery purée, candied oranges and stuffed dates. Well-stacked menus.
