Gourmet Restaurant On the way to the Lascaux cave, travelers can stop here to rediscover the terroir. A pleasant restaurant not far from the Manoir de la Salle, this is where you'll find the ideas of young South African chef Nick Honeyman, who has also worked at L'Arpège and L'Astrance, blending respect for the product with personal interpretations of local recipes. The €30 menu is a good introduction and reflects the chef's experience: foie gras, beet, pear and walnut, market fish, brioche and hazelnut butter, zucchini and corn, a fine composition of veal and beef cheeks in a cep sauce, smoked purée and brown onion, a sweet chocolate, pear and parmesan, fig and speculoos. Small cellar of local and international organic wines. Good service.
