Gourmet Restaurant A family-run establishment like few others, the Hôtel des Laborderie is an enduring success thanks to a close-knit, well-organized team that leaves no stone unturned. Both the table and the rooms are of a high standard and are based on the desire to bring Périgord to life, for initiates and novices alike. The €30 Terroir menu is a fine example, with its duo of gravelax, beet salmon and lemon trout, cod fillet with virgin vinaigrette, piquillos, cebettes and risotto, lacquered duck breast with Périgord walnut crust, and walnut liqueur soufflé. Menus priced up to €55.
