Gault&Millau's review2026
Having previously worked at Ducasse and Taillevent, Fabienne Eymard has taken over this exceptional location above the Vézère, a waterside terrace overlooking the 12th-century Pont Vieux. It's a moment out of time, with the charm of the place and a technical cuisine, rather traditional and well presented. We start with mackerel with white wine, watercress and citrus fruit, the day's catch in a creamy blanquette sauce, calf's head with ravigote sauce, and a tartlet with Dordogne strawberries and almonds. Pleasant service.
