Gourmet Restaurant Joan and Aurélie set up shop in February 2023, and it didn't take long for the restaurant to find its clientele: gourmets looking for homemade products at reasonable prices. As an added bonus, the restaurant offers a warm welcome, friendly service and a bright, zen atmosphere. The orientation of the cuisine reveals the couple's regional side: Pontcharra for him and Manigod for her. There's the pig cooked overnight, fine polenta tart with mushrooms, as well as ravioles des Grands Goulets, nori cream, Vercors blue cheese mousse and crispy Beaufort. A fine dessert of lemon, hazelnut cookie, candied kumquat and thin sheets of meringue. The cellar is tasteful and the Chartreuse has a strong presence.
