Continued success for this Zinc, which offers variety and a certain price range, with glasses from €4.50 to €15, and good choices to present an interesting regional range (L'Oratoire, Mouthe Le Bihan, Berthaut Gerbet, or Bordelet cider). The bottle catalog is copious, with all the stars of the natural approach, and a strong selection from the Rhône, Beaujolais and Jura regions. Serve with cecina de Leon, escargot croquilles, tuna tataki or pâté croûte. Patrick Font's fruit juices and craft beers complement the range.
