Gourmet Restaurant For Grenoble's traditionalists, l'Escalier is still one of their favorite destinations. Safe recipes and prestigious products, a pinch of local classics, such as eggs meurette, snails with Isigny cream or chicken supreme with mushrooms and veal jus with Grenoble walnuts. The à la carte menu is very attractive, and the grand menu at €89 offers a selection of the latest compositions, including the back of venison during the hunting season, in an elegant, stylish setting with rough stone walls. Lunch menu €33.
