Gourmet Restaurant The magnificent courtyard of this 17th-century convent is a haven of peace in the heart of Grenoble. The dining room is no exception, with its beautiful volumes and contemporary decor, where you immediately feel at ease. Chef Romaric Pessey's well-executed market cuisine combines seasonal produce with contemporary recipes. For example, trout gravelax with citrus flavors and beet cream, fillet of sea bass, beurre blanc sauce with fish stock, creamy parsnip and Brussels sprouts, hazelnut-crusted veal filet mignon, roasted potimarron, parsnip mousseline and cider juice reduction, and a pear variation. Lunch menu €29.
