Gourmet Restaurant A young table to be reckoned with in Grenoble's new wave, with the credo of Generation Z: a rather minimalist and rather successful decor, precise and demanding sourcing for consistent quality, responsible fishing, seasonal produce and short circuits. And, of course, the famous hidden menu (five-course €43, 7-course €56), which delights those who like surprises and limits losses without really ruining the customer. Guillaume Duboeuf, formerly with Aribert, orchestrates the operation with enthusiasm, and his passion also drives the cellar of young winemakers.
