Gourmet Restaurant A true Quercy experience just a few minutes from Cahors, in this impressive 1846 mansion of large, bare stone, old twisted beams and thick lintels. Michel Carrendier and Jacqueline preside over the assembly, defending a revisited traditional cuisine, never leaving the region too much. We recommend escalopes of duck foie gras pan-fried in verjuice, back of Lot lamb with garlic and thyme jus, filet of snacked sea bream with minestrone and pistou, Rossini beef with strawberry melba. Daily menu €26.
