In downtown Cahors, Tanguy and Lisa have taken over this pretty house on Place Rousseau, ideally placed with its terrace for fine weather. The duo have tastefully furnished their table, with minimal decoration and beautiful materials, for an equally meticulous bistronomy. The slash plates are fairly well composed, with trout with almonds and lemon confit, lean meat with polenta and coriander, rack of pork with pumpkin and thyme, and rice pudding with caramel and dark chocolate. Lunch menu €22.
