Tanguy and Lisa have opened a contemporary market table, pleasing both for its uncluttered decor and for its plates, which are both accessible and beautifully presented. Appearances are not deceiving, revealing well-executed compositions, such as a poached egg, creamy sweet potato and tahini sauce, saint-pierre with hazelnuts and Jerusalem artichoke, pork secreto, turmeric and parsnips, and a dessert of mango, chili and lime.
