Remarkable Restaurant A magnificent 4* hotel on the northern moors of Finistère, overlooking Goulven Bay. Stones polished by the sea winds, unspoilt nature and the sea as a definitive horizon are the essentialized vision of Brittany, and perfectly captured by Nicolas Conraux, heir to a family tradition running since 1952. Solène and Nicolas's home retains the dimension of a high-level family inn, embodied in the detail and naturalness of the materials, from the architecture to the plate, with good taste at all times. The €148 menu takes you on a journey to the coast, with Albers mussels and fennel, salt-meadow lamb and peas, farmed abalone, a beautiful three-course lobster, a blackberry sweet with vegetable chantilly and almond, and a Breton far soufflé. Excellent wine list, with wine and food pairings by Guillaume. Menus from €98 to €180.
