Gault&Millau's review 2025

If you love the sea and nature, this is the place for you! Conceived as a refuge where you can recharge your batteries while marvelling at the power of the tides and the force of the winds that cover the beaches with foam, this hotel offers the serenity of 32 warm and cosy rooms, some with a terrace opening onto the horizon. An ode to nature and well-being, the cuisine is as gourmet as it is virtuous, starting with breakfast, which combines traditional recipes (crêpes, galettes) with vegetable juices and beneficial microalgae. Then it's on to the creations of chef Nicolas Conraux, who treats his guests to a cuisine based on short circuits and the sea, both in his gastronomic restaurant and in his bistro version. A rare stopover that also benefits from the delights of a 500 m2 spa with swimming pool, treatment rooms and even a space for yoga classes.
