Gault&Millau's review 2025

Facing the Bay of Morlaix and in the heart of Carantec, a delightful seaside resort dotted with coves and pink granite rocks, this historic hotel offers 12 rooms featuring a contemporary decor combining toile de Jouy and Japanese purity, all highlighted by beautiful marine tones. We particularly like those that extend onto large shared terraces, with coffee tables and armchairs. Ideal for admiring the breathtaking view over the turquoise waters of the bay, with Île Blanche, Île Callot and Île Noire in the background. Last but not least, the exquisite cuisine of young chef Nicolas Carro, served in the dining room with its large glass roof and 180° view over the waves.
