Gourmet Restaurant In this superb 19th-century home on the boulevard, you could be forgiven for thinking you're in for a traditional treat. But Laurent Brault, who has returned to his homeland after a number of different experiences, has a taste for a job well done, and above all, a personal touch. His menu is essentially built around a well-chosen and well-worked central product: langoustine, beef and lamb. Don't hesitate to follow his convincing menus, such as the good 45 € formula: smoked salmon, vegetable and asparagus tartlet, lamb and vegetable millefeuille with yuzu, candied apple with pink praline. Classic wine cellar, with a few bios.
