Gault&Millau's review2026
Laurent Brault brings Brittany to life within the walls of this beautiful historic house, formerly a linen factory founded in 1836. The chef has a taste for good produce and the promotion of local products, which he brings to the fore in seasonal compositions full of ideas. His table has a universal flair, equally suited to lunch with friends or a candlelit dinner. The à la carte menu features meticulously-crafted dishes, including a starter based on spider crab or a veal and asparagus combination, followed by squab, pollack and brill, before concluding with a dessert of chocolate and royal kombu. Very pleasant service.
