A beautiful Breton-style house with a chic contemporary veranda makes for a welcoming setting. Sylvain Confrère's cuisine is in tune with the place: solid roots with personal ideas, and a well-inspired use of noble products, such as langoustines and creamy avocado with lime or pan-fried sweetbreads with semi-salted butter and creamy Jerusalem artichoke jus with truffled meat among the suggestions of the moment. A good lunch menu at €26, a fairly classic cellar, but one that covers all the regions well.
