Gault&Millau's review 2025

It was once a smuggling port and a haven for privateers. Now pacified, the town of Roscoff has retained all its charms: manor houses nestling in the cliffs, granite fishermen's cottages, emerald waves... Housed in a former merchant's residence with access to the beach, this beautiful hotel features 21 rooms and suites decorated in a contemporary style with blonde wood floors and soft tones, not forgetting a more modern building with 11 luxury suites, all opening onto the sea. Associated with the Thalion cosmetics brand, the marine spa houses an indoor pool, a hammam and two treatment and massage cabins. After a wellness stopover, you'll be delighted to visit the restaurant run by Loïc Le Bail, who treats his guests to local cuisine. It's served in a dining room that opens 180° onto the sea, with the island of Batz as a backdrop.
