Gourmet Restaurant This former 18th-century coaching inn is set in a village on the heights of Draguignan, with the advantage of a central terrace. This pretty Provençal house is run by Clément Euvrard and Pauline Le Gal, who offer a semi-gastronomic cuisine combining French and Provençal dishes. The menu is well composed, with fine tomato tartare, tomato water with verbena and parmesan shortbread, pan-fried razor clams with parsley, monkfish and prawns with rock fish soup, veal chop with summer truffles. Good desserts.
