For Julie, the chef, there's no question of being bored for a moment: the menu changes twice a month, focusing on the very best products at the heart of the plate, with carefully crafted accompaniments and elaborate presentation. For example, this lamb burger, cooked for 7 hours at low temperature to soften the sensation on the palate, is garnished with home-made mild harissa, onions and roasted eggplants and zucchinis; or the very popular Fraise Basilic for dessert. Children are not forgotten: they too are treated to attractive, quality cuisine (the popcorn with creamed corn works every time!). In the dining room, Matthieu welcomes you to a modern, soothing setting that has all the makings of a warm cocoon...
