Gourmet Restaurant The night is a little deserted around the Annecy train station, but Bloomer is filling up. Because it's a real bistro, because you're not greeted with an anxious "Have you made a reservation?", because everything is written down and accessible, the food and wine lists, because the young team makes everyone feel at ease, blond hairs and grey hairs meet here for a lively, noisy, lively evening. Rosalie goes from table to table, detailing her natural and above all ethical cellar, opening up dialogue and exchange, the key words of the place. And in the kitchen behind the bay window, Paul brings out some very nice plates: oyster mushrooms with lemon gel parmesan, fresh red mullet crudo with cabbage strips, capers and cream, hearty veal pie with salsify and a topinambour condiment with veal tarragon juice, finishing with baked apple and chestnut.
