Gourmet Restaurant At the helm of the hotel's restaurant is Mirko Lasorsa, dedicated to creating balanced, seasonal market cuisine. The handsome 3* establishment boasts a deliberately vintage charm, a coquettish style inspired by the early 20th century, with velvet banquettes and wallpaper. Plates are in keeping with the norm, with combinations that work, such as scallops flambéed in cognac, tuberous parsley, leeks in balsamic vinegar, lump egg, red mullet fillet, watercress nage, saffron potatoes, celery vinegar condiment, beef cheek confit, mashed potatoes with spices and root vegetables, or autumn crème brûlée with butternut, vanilla and crispy chestnut.
