In the heart of Cognac's old town, this 4-star guesthouse is the ideal place to savor the city's soul and history. Nestled in a shady park, this 19th-century mansion, flanked by beautiful turrets, has kept its original floors and staircase intact, and offers guests the charm of 5 spacious rooms and an apartment (for 4 people), decorated with antique furniture, beautiful fireplaces and beds as large as they are cozy. On the first floor, a beautiful library invites you to an afternoon of idleness, just a stone's throw from the dining room adorned with antique wood panelling; unless you prefer to enjoy the large terrace opening onto the refreshing pool gardens. Perfect for breakfast at first light, with a menu featuring delicious organic and local produce (cheeses, hams, etc.), not to mention homemade breads and cakes.
