Gourmet Restaurant The chef is media-friendly, but the experience is authentic, for this beautiful Saintonge inn, which smells of the French regions and traditions. In this beautifully arranged stone house, the chef offers seasonal cuisine with a few modern touches, for true pleasure. You'll be tempted by roasted asparagus, smoked duck breast, grana padano and arugula; sea bass fillet with pesto, red bell pepper coulis and polenta au gratin with parmesan and tomato confit; veal with morel sauce, stuffed zitone cake and button mushroom duxelles, celery mousseline; or melon ball terrine with pineau jelly, vanilla cream and citrus crumble.
