Gault&Millau's review 2025

The only listed industrial heritage site to be transformed into a hotel, this exceptional address combines everything we love. An XXL swimming pool, a jazz bar, a rooftop with a breathtaking view of the city, a contemporary brasserie, a gourmet restaurant led by Mathis Debize and housed in a cathedral-like wine storehouse, and some 104 cosy rooms, suites and apartments. Featuring 5-star bedding, sleek furnishings, vast bathrooms and high-tech services (Solo-One Bluetooth speaker), the rooms are extended by small terraced gardens perfect for lounging. The spa, with its 22 m-long pool, sensory showers and treatment cabins, is also off the beaten track, close to the delightful 2.5 ha park in the heart of the city.
