Gault&Millau's review 2025

The only listed industrial heritage site to be transformed into a hotel, this exceptional address combines everything we love. An XXL swimming pool, a jazz bar, a rooftop with a breathtaking view of the city, a contemporary brasserie, a gourmet restaurant led by Mathis Debize and housed in a cathedral-like wine storehouse, and some 104 cosy rooms, suites and apartments.
